Multiple chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension and COPD affect three in four Americans aged 65+. Treating these chronic conditions with remote patient monitoring helps prevent complications and leads to better health outcomes.
Our proven end-to-end remote patient monitoring solution has evidence-based results including decreased hospital readmissions and emergency room visits. In reducing the use of these services, both patients and physicians substantially cut their costs.
As of January 1, 2019, physicians are able to bill an average of $148 per month, per patient, for RPM services under the new Medicare reimbursement rules. This adds up to a significant revenue source, especially with no out-of-pocket costs for the equipment or service.
